Boulders Lodge & Spa

Wow where to start. We only spent two nights is this fabulous lodge on the out skirts of Oudtshoorn. I have to admit that only two nights is way too short a period for such a great place. Whether your stay if for just a night or a full week you will enjoy every minute of it.

This is a four star lodge with friendly professional staff that are always willing and able to assist you with all your needs. We were always welcomed with great smiles and a willingness to make our stay extra special.

Our room was exquisite and the bed perfect. Almost felt like that home away from home. Everything we had expected was available, including a gorgeous large size shower suitable for two.

The view of the balcony was of the car park. Our car parked under a covering protecting it from the wind and sun. Large remote gates protected it at night.

The lodge has comfortable relaxation areas for reading, chatting with friends and enjoying a glass of wine or spending some time on your favourite social media platform. The pool and pool area is just small enough to be inviting yet large enough for a bit of privacy. If your wish is a romantic picnic there is a spacious area of green grass available.

While we never made use of the Spa booking a session would be most welcome to your soul. On a whole our stay with the Boulders Lodge & Spa was enjoyable, unforgettable and relaxing.

Notes:

The walls are rather thin so expect to hear your neighbours and expect them to hear you.

Tips:

Make sure when booking your room you request i.e. By the pool, with bath or with patio.
