SLANGHOEK WINELANDS TOURS

1st Stop - Pickup Point

You will be collected for your day of fun, amazement and excitement from the V & A Waterfront or your hotel nearby to start your exciting tour of the beautiful Cape Winelands

2nd Stop - Worcester Area

You will travel along the N1 out of Cape Town towards the winelands area of Worcester going through the Huguenot Tunnel for your first stop at the Botha Kelders for a great first wine tasting.

On the 8 February 1949, a day that would change the course of history for many people. This is the day Botha Kelder was registered as a co-operation. With only 14 members, the cellar leaped into a future with great expectations.

3rd Stop - Slanghoek Area

You will now travel along the R43 towards the Bergsig Estate where you will enjoy an amazing wine pairing where after a local bistro lunch.

Bergsig Bistro, situated at the foot of Bainskloof Pass! You have taken the road less travelled and we hope it will "make all the difference". Here, all patrons are treated like extended family.

4th Stop - Rawsonville Area

You will now travel along the Slanghoek Road towards Rawsonville and stop at the Deetlefs Wine Estate for an awesome final tasting on the day.

A maiden voyage from Europe on 3 October 1752 was the start of a legacy and set in motion the story of the 2nd oldest wine estate in South Africa owned by the same family. Each of the seven generations contributed in their own unique way since 1822.

5th Stop - Drop Off

After an exciting day of discovery in the Slanghoek valley you find our way back to the V & A Waterfront or your hotel nearby.
