This guesthouse is a real hidden away gem you just have to find. It is situated in St Helena Bay which is only 162 kms away from Cape Town on the West Coast Road. Surrounded by Velddrif, Vredenburg and Paternoster.
The guesthouse is a family owned business with lots of care for the guests and the wildlife animals. The lounge area has a really old vintage luxury feel to it with large couches and open plane kitchen. The rooms are quaint with large four poster beds and 'ball and claw' baths. Two of the room step out to a private courtyard with a Koi fish pond to set the mood.
When it comes to comfort my preferred taste if not how may modern gadgets a place has but how the bed feels when snuggled in it. Having slept on many beds I have to say that Goblins beds are perfect. From the very first night it felt better than my bed at home.
The personal attention and easy going breakfast makes this guest house a must stay for travellers. If you looking for a destination with blue skies, the sound of the ocean and the perfect sleep then you have found it.
You can expect, depending on the room choice a gorgeous 'ball and claw' bath, a four poster bed, free wifi, pool, braai area, communal kitchen and a change to play with Bambi.

As a lover of animals Rosi always takes in the local injured bird or small animal to care for and introduce back into nature. If you would like to support the sanctuary in anyway please contact Rosi and let her know. Any and all support is welcome.
Notes:
The evening can get cold so bring something extra to wear while sitting around the fireplace.
